A one day occasion for managers, design authorities, technical experts and developers involved in Software Defined Systems to get up to date with the recent development on SDR Standards realized by the WInnForum, to learn from those who have practiced Standards-based SDR in development programs, and to exchange on potentialities and roadblocks towards usage of the upcoming SDR Standards in support of National and Coalition needs.
